We are receiving reports of no way or one way audio on the Yeastar Desktop and Web app. This is being investigated by Yeastar as a high priority and we will update this page as soon as we get more information

2026-06-09 11:06 BST · Update postedWe are continuing to receive reports of intermittent audio issues. Rebooting the PBX appears to resolve the issue for a period, but it may re-occur. As soon as an update is provided from Yeastar it will be published here
